Galactik Gourmet Catering was launched by husband and wife, Jon and Kristen Gleason and founded with the passion of offering stellar Event and Wedding catering to the local Boulder community and beyond with our out of this world, mind blowing flavors and down to earth pricing. In March of 2024 we jumped aboard our starship and began our expedition through the galaxy with a simple philosophy: produce high quality, freshly made food; prepare it with love and intention; and serve it with a smile, warp speed service, and lots of laughter.
